Celtics Suffer Game 4 Setback as Jayson Tatum Exits with Leg Injury

Tatum's injury occurred with just under three minutes remaining, when he lunged for a loose ball and collapsed in pain, clutching his leg. Head coach Joe Mazzulla offered little detail postgame, saying only that Tatum will undergo an MRI on Tuesday.
Before the injury, Tatum was putting together a historic performance, finishing with 42 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals, and 2 blocks—joining only Patrick Ewing and Hakeem Olajuwon in reaching those numbers in a single playoff game.
