In a pre-dawn operation, Indian Air Force (IAF) fighter jets launched precision strikes on several Pakistan Air Force (PAF) installations in response to recent drone and missile attacks by Pakistan targeting civilian areas and military assets in India’s western sector.
At a government briefing, Wing Commander Vyomika Singh confirmed that India’s retaliatory strikes were aimed solely at military objectives. "Our operations focused on military targets at Rafiqui, Murid, Chaklala, Rahim Yar Khan, Sukkur, and Chunian. Precision-guided munitions were deployed from our aircraft to neutralize these threats," she stated. "Additionally, radar installations at Pasrur and the Sialkot aviation base were targeted to degrade Pakistan’s surveillance capabilities.
